wednesday afternoon!

met all of the students who are going for the outing at the IS office, together with Osaka University Interns Natsui, Mai and Aoi! they are like super nice and friendly hahaha. went to makan place for lunch.

introduced them to some of the more popular foods in Singapore.. Mai sat with us and had nasi lemak. i didnt eat cause i wasnt hungry haha.

went down to Chinatown after lunch, took a bus then changed train. took group shots outside the MRT!

ふるいですね.. everything looks so old inside. realistic imo!

after which headed down to City Hall (the interns had to be at suntec by 7), but when we reached it was still like only 5 so we decided to go to Esplanade before going to Suntec.

this is me in bear form!!! HAHA

there were lots of gummy bear exhibits on the way to the Esplanade.. and like, animals and buildings made out of storybooks. interesting concept!

and then we headed towards suntec, i had my parfait OMG damn damn damn damn nice. showed them the fountain of wealth, then went to sit at starbucks cause we were all very tired. haha. it was really fun trying to communicate and getting my head all achy from trying to understand them!! むずかしですね, でもほんとうにおもしろくて, たのしいです. had a iced shaken tea (i think it was passion fruit), and it shall now be my favourite non-coffee drink at starbucks. haha. i always preferred coffee bean to starbucks... D:

i hope i can go for the Osaka trip next year!!! 3: now to rest in bed and pray my eye goes back to normal by tomorrow........... catching 2012 with baby!
